Have your Google results sucked lately?

Lately, when I do a Google search, the page initially pops up and I see a normal Google search, with a few links I may want to try....then the page finishes loading and the results change; The first few hits are linked to that 2020 search crap, and info.com.
Anyone else experiencing this, or am I infected with some sort of google-hacking spyware? Ad Aware and Spybot don't find anything.
I also find that if I hit the stop button just as I see the good results I wanted, before the 2020 crap comes up, that I can have a normal google result.

run spybot and/or adaware during startup. And any other suggested programs from here - I use those two.

there's also a program called cws shredder that can help you get control of your browser back, at least long enough to download spyware programs.

You can also try HiJackThis and CWShredder. They're both small standalone exe programs.

Tried CWShredder last night after running adaware, I think it found one thing. Didn't change my Google problem, though. Getting ready to see how it works now.

If you are using IE, try setting your security level to high(which disables scripting/ActiveX) and see if it still happens.
