I draw a line, and as soon as the first ball hits it, it freezes in chrome for me. :shrug:

Turn the gravity all the way up and draw a horizontal line right underneath the hole. Then put one parallel on top. You'll get some kind of resonance, like in a cavity.

The frequency depends on the speed at collision. Collisions add energy: You can get infinite energy.

If you totally enclose the hole, as the number of particles increases, you will see some escape out of the tiny gaps you left. Totally unprobable, but you'll see it once they start moving fast enough and there are enough of them.
