"green-tented" or do you mean green tinted? Since it is the Pentagon we are talking about they actually have stuff in there they don't want pictures of splashed all over the front pages of The Washington Post. Also most interior aircraft surface parts are painted with a yellowish green primer paint in case you mean green tinted.

the only questionable event really is WTC 7....al i know is it had a few fires, possibly damage to one corner, but given what type of building it was and its supposed damage... i find it hard to believe that it would just collapse like it did.

now i dont know much about the internal structure of that building, i assume it was like any other steel and concrete building.

did it fall down on its own? or did they knock it down just to be safe? incase it did decide to topple over or something

I'm loving that new model that the one university is putting together. I saw a preview clip, and it completely destroys all conspiracy theories. They thoroughly explain, through the models obtained through calculated physics, why it went down the way it did. It's all because of the melted fireproofing material on the support columns and in-between the floors. This was also explained in Time the month after 9/11 happened, iirc. I remember seeing diagrams of where the material burned away and caused the top layers to begin pancaking, forcing them to fall straight down and force the remaining strong layers to give way due to the added force.

not one conspiracy theory even ACKNOWLEDGES these explanations. It's because the authors of the theories know they cannot prove the actual facts false.

yeah, we even looked at this at university in a statics of mechanics lecture....

trusses that held the floors up while rahter strong for their weight are quite thin, material wise, and if the crrash took off the flame proofing then they would of been fully exposed.

steel loses a hell of alot of its strength above about 700-750 degrees. i work in steel making and i know that in hot levelling, they want the material to be above that temp when it reaches the leveller so it can be easily deformed, else it'll be too strong to level properly, they wont be able to overstretch or plastically strain the steel fibres beyond the yield point and thus the plate comes out all wonky. and this is thick plate material as well.

loose change rabbited on about how steel melts at 1000+ dgrees, but jet fuel burns at less than that.

it doesnt need to be close to melting....... just enough to lose its strength.

i think the other thing is as well is that alot of people think the gov holds alot of unreleased information that would quite easily show what happened.

for instance the video footage confescated from the hotel or petrol station or whatever near the pentagon.

now if the gov wanted people to believe that it was indeed a 757, all they'd need to do is release this footage...but they wont. i mean that footage would clear up a lot of things....but they wont do it.

another thing about that loose change thing, the jet engines found at the crash site.....he says they are too small, but i say they are not..... a jet engine is suprisingly small considering what it can do....the Fan at the front has a very large diameter yes, but the actual compressor and turbine part are much smaller.
