It was a good Movie for a remake. I like the first one with Scott Glen and Joe Pesci better.

Saw it in the theater and bought the DVD. Great movie. I loved the line that Christopher Walken had.

"Creasy's art is death, and he's about to paint his masterpiece."

I watched it at home the other evening. I thought it was a good movie. For anyone pressed for time, keep in mind this movie is nearly 2 hours and 20 minutes long.

There are others. The only thing I didn't like about this movie was the constant shaky cinematography.

If you thought Man on Fire was bad don't see Bourne Supremacy. Movie was great, cinematography SUCKED BALLS!

OMG I totally agree with you. I enjoyed Bourne Supremacy, but the shaky camera thing was just WAY overdone, and that was a major gripe I had with the film.

The way the whole movie was shot was great. They probably used a different kind of film to give a different feeling to the movie; the occasional use of caption toward the end of the movie was awesome.

Saw it in theater. Very good. Denzel is one of the few people whose every film is worth seeing.

Man on Fire was a great movie. They captured the whole kidnapping ordeal down to every detail, definitely one of his best movies ever. Keep it up Denzel!

They stole the idea from 24! :p

Seriously, I just watched it today on DVD and I enjoyed it quite a bit :)

It was pretty good, a little slow in parts.

I wish Denzel killed the kidnappers in the end instead of the tried-Gladiator-esque ending.

(Sorry for the spoiler!)
