Modded an xbox to load linux and play Sega and nintendo ROMS. Coulda played stolen xbox games on their too, but thats not my cup of tea.

Also used a boot disk to reset the admin password on NT 4.0 for about 35 business computers. The company got purchased by a new corporation and nobody seemed to know the admin passwords, and a software update was in need.
