some guys just can't keep their buddies in their pants...no matter how badly they don't want to "stray".

some people just have no self control...

does that mean they shouldn't be dating at all?

I've said before and I truly believe there is an element of the traitor in the polygamist.

A person who would put thier physical satisfaction above the emotional health and needs of thier partner would be more likely, in my estimation, to betray any confidence put in them.

In a word, untrustworthy.

That's what I think, take it or leave it.

Nope, never have. But then again i have morals. I wouldn't want it done to me, so i won't do it to anybody else.

If you have to lie and hide about it, then obviously you're doing something you know is wrong.

The idea behind it is that the person doesnt find out. So how do you know if it has been done to you or not? You dont want it to happen to you but it may have. It happens. Its part of growing up and learning right from wrong. If you are married that is a whole different ball game. Its a sin.

I never said it's never been done to me, or that i know it's never been done to me. I'm just saying that i WOULDN'T want it done to me, so i don't do it to others. I wouldn't want anybody to dump their garbage on my lawn, so i don't litter on theirs, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen to me, or that it never will.

So as long as you have a little piece of paper that says you can't do it, then it's ok? So as long as it's not explicitly a 'sin', everything else is a free for all?

I believe I addressed the fact you said you wouldnt want it to happen and that you didnt say it didnt happen. I just find it hard to believe that you have never done anything immoral or wrong in the past. It happens. I am not saying it is ok if you arent married. I am saying its not a sin its a morality issue. As is cheating on a test or something to that nature. As far as everything else being a free for all I think you are going a little over the top there. I never said anything to that respect. You came in here insuating that anyone who has done this has no morals when you wrote "Nope, never have. But then again i have morals."

He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone...

It can and is done on DOHC engines. But if the included valve angle is large, as in the older

Even then they can tangle with each other if for any reason they "float". Such as a weak or broke spring, or over reving...........

I think it is the worst thing you can do. Because then you're cheating not on just one, but both.

Where the hell did i say i never did anything immoral or wrong? Your sense of morality might come from some book, but my sense of what is right and wrong is innate. And my conscience tells me that such acts like this is immoral.

And no, i wouldn't ever cheat on a significant other... because like i said, i know it's wrong. Just because your book doesn't explicitly say it's 'sinful', doesn't mean it's alright to go ahead and do it.

And i'll agree, anybody who does this sort of behavior, and brags about it like some people are doing in this thread, lack morality. I certainly would never want to be in a relationship with a woman who has ever done that sort of thing, even if it was never directed at me. It shows they lack self-control, respect for others, and lack of conscience, and it's the first time that's the hardest. So if they did it once, they're more than likely to do it again.

I act out of an innate sense of what is right and wrong. I don't have a list of things like you do that are 'sinful', and that anything not on that list, goes.

I think you are a bit out line here. You are making assumptions about my morality and making references to some list that was never mentioned. You are coming off with a holier than thou attitude and apparently dont like to listen to others points. I never once made assumptions about you and you have gone on an offensive. You made the same argument twice now even after I addressed it.

What if you swing? Is that considered two-timing?

And where's Electric Amish, this topic is right up his alley.

True, but you must also consider the amount of valve timing overlap to insure your not negatively affecting the cylinder fill rate.

Me thinks you meant "cheater" rather than polygamist.

I know many people with open relationships that have far healthier interactions with their partners than most monogamous couples do.

As for the actual cheating, the single most passionate and loving relationship I've had sprang from "cheating". I can truthfully say that while I wish I could have made it easier for my original partner, I would never have given up the opportunity. It's not always about weakness. Sometimes it's about dionysian passions that simply overwhelm you.
