Been a long time. Had Anger issues as a kid but we only had an NES and man could those controllers take abuse. Fast Forward to living on my own I tend to do a light toss in front of me or on couch/bed in the opposite direction I am about to get up from. Then I immediately mope over to the system and power it off. Now as soon as something pisses me of I turn it off remotely (either from the controller or on my xbox the remote), and then do the light toss.
