I used to be gorgeous... or so i was told all the time...

but i got old and stopped taking care of myself. Now I think I am fat and old.
the b/f still thinks i am beautiful though. but he has to, if he wants to sleep in this house.

Well, I certainly don't consider myself the hottest guy around, but I don't really consider myself ugly either. I'm sure that if my face wasn't so damn crooked I might look a little bit better

What do you consider a 6 or 7? I consider 6 or 7 above average which is just about right for you...

I have high standards for myself if i'm not in the top 10% i consider it a failure.

also 6 is average in my scale. i've met some 10's but never a 2. a morbidly obese leper with elephantitis might get a 1 from me.

I have the worst metabolism ever known to man, so the one thing that really bothers me is that it requires a ridiculous amount of working out and a strict diet to be even of averages weight. Therefore I don't do it.

If I was overweight because I stuffed my face all the time and drank tons of high calorie soda and stuff I would feel really bad about it. As it is I was just dealt a bad hand. I don't let it get me down too much.

But how does that make sense when applied to physical appearance - given that you have no control over your basic facial anatomy? You get what you are given, based on your parents' genes. Not much skill, or talent involved. So how does it make sense to rate your performance?
