I've often contemplated how it would be to escape from society and live on a deserted tropical island like Tom Hank's character in Castaway was forced to do. However, the fact is I like social interaction too much and would never want to entirely wall myself off from people like that. It would be too dull and lonely an existence.

Yep, I dislike people in general. I often thought being a hermit would be great.

My dream of becoming a hermit will be coming true soon, I am looking for a campground to buy in Maine when I retire.
