Inspired by this thread: Has anyone here ever been shot? How about shot at?

According to his poll several people in ATOT have been either shot or shot at.

I have concluded that some of you ATOTer must also be doing the shooting.

So my question is, has anybody here ever shot or shot at somebody?

Was it self defense or an accident?

Did the person live, die or shoot back?

Was it in a millitary context?

Was it in a law enforcement context?

Or did you shoot yourself by accident?

I have never shot at anybody but I was shot at in Regina and came close to shooting myself once (bullet bouced off, see above linked thread for details).
 
In elementary school, my friend did something to my younger brother, I think threw a rock or something at him. I had a BB gun so I cocked it once and shot him. Hahah.
 
With all the current/former military on the board I'd bet there are quite a few AT people who have shot/shot at someone.

I love the poll. Some yes, some no... but absolutely nobody misses. 😉
 
Well, I suppose I'll skew this poll too...

Yes, 1000's of times. Playing paintball. For what it's worth, I hit more people than I was hit by.
