I intend to, especially with stuff that could be sketchy, but then I scroll to see where it ends, and I scroll, and scroll, and scroll... and then I say "fuck it" and agree if I really wan to use the service. Sometimes I say "fuck it", and cancel the process I'm in the middle of.

"TOS"? Yeah, I've read a few of the novels. Including this one:

I'm sure I could instantly click to get them on streaming, but a local station shows them every week anyway.

I hate the concept of them, they make them ridiculously long and full of legalese that they KNOW people are not actually going to read or fully understand them but yet they are still legally binding. It shouldn't be a thing. Or at very least you should be able to hit that you don't agree but still be able to use the product/service with reduced features or something.
