Sometimes I'll be eating chips and after I've had my fill, I'll feel like getting a soft drink. But soon after, I'll feel like having chips again! ;_;

*shifty eyes*

Seriously though, if you're not wary of what you eat, you can alternate between various junk foods until you're full and fat. And obesity is one hell of a problem:

- Costs more to transport
- Need to eat more
- Lower quality of life
- Strains countries with public health care (think DIABEETUS)

I guess this got me thinking:

I quit drinking soda and was never all that fond of chips. Other high calorie items like cake, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and donuts are my equivalent weakness. It's way too easy for me to eat an entire 13x9 pan of yellow cake covered in a double layer of chocolate icing in one sitting.

when you drink immediately after eating, doesn't it help push the food out of your stomach faster so that you feel hungry sooner than you would otherwise?

one of the main reasons i don't eat junk food that often is because it is not filling at all

Chips and stuff aren't meant to be filling. At least I don't think so. I eat chips because I want something to do with my hands while I watch tv.
