Technically, No.

I have never directly destroyed any CPU, over the years I have overclocked basically every CPU I had my hands on.

The only CPU that was ever ruined was the Pentium 3 650E, however that was through extreme cooling not overclocking. The use of a peltier caused severe condensation which in turn fried the CPU. Other than this, I have never broken a CPU with overclocking techniques.

Adaptec 2940 U2W Host Adaptor but luckily Adaptec replaced the complete retail kit for free!:D

Same exact thing with me. Killed a hard drive. I've also killed a video card from overclocking.

Nothing for me. I work at a computer shop, and I've actually only seen one system come in from being fried so far. Of course people who overclock wouldn't really need to bring their system into a computer shop to figure things out but still =).
