Have you ever invited someone to anandtech?

Just curious to know, if you've ever invited anyone here to check the place out.

And who might it be?

edit: as for those who were invited..who were you invited by?

no, because

1. Friends who go to my school who use PCs don't know the first thing about them

2. Other friends who use MACs would be confused by the "CPU/Chipsets," "Motherboards," and "Displays" sections.

"Displays??? My overpriced iMac already has one!"

Fvck no. I come here to deal with people who I can at least expect to be more mature. Besides, all of my "real life" friends are nubs.

yes, a co-worker. sometimes he'll tell me about threads/links/pics before i even get here to see them. it entertains him at work for a good few hours. i forget his user name though.

Yes, but they won't visit. After I asked them to visit ADF they don't trust me anymore. 😛

WOOOOOOO!!!!! 😀
Those were the days eh?

Good times indeed. The forum was put back up a little while ago, but it's currently down for whatever reason. Reading through some of the old posts was hilarious.

None of my friends are on a Zen level with puters like I am so they would not be intewrested in this site.

Invited a guy I work with but I told him if he ever tried to swoop in on a deal I was trying to buy on FS/FT I would cut his nuts off and feed them to him............ So Far Zero Problems
