Have you ever had a nightmare

God that was unpleasant. Just now I was having this nightmare and at some point I realized I was dreaming and still couldn't wake up. I like closed my eyes and started shaking my head trying to wake up but it took a couple minutes.

Vividly remember the whole thing too. Hope to never experience that again..

Yep, I have those dreams quite frequently.

Yes. Usually due to Ambien and hydroxyzine use/overuse. They're not usually terrible, just the "oh no, I'm late for work and I can't wake up" type thing. Though, having more lucid dreams makes it totally worth it.
