I haven't drunk Snapple in a long time (years?), but I do recall getting the some facts more than once.

I miss playing with the caps.
 
yes, and if you go to their web page they have a list of all the facts and they are duplicated on their as well.
 
My cap yesterday said "Snapple Facts are never repeated."

Today, my cap said the same thing. I'm not sure what to do.
