When I lived in Vegas back in the '90's I got a RF at 7-11 during my lunch break one day...too bad I was only playing the one quarter I got in change - won $62.50.

Since I moved from there I have gotten a few royals during visits, always on quarter machines.

I played Hold 'Em for the first time last weekend (not much of a card player or gambler obviously). One of the guys I was playing with, also very inexperienced, folded on a hand that would have yielded a Royal Flush. Yeah, we were all pretty trashed .

Have had 2 or 3 straight flushes, but none were Ace-high.

that is classic party poker. straight flush loses to royal flush, lol.

Playing pai-gow in vegas, with pair of Aces up (also had the wild card for pair of aces up). Won quite a bit on a $5 bet but could have won a bunch if I played the bonus thingy, I think it was 2500-4000:1 for that hand.

Yup, was playing texas hold 'em with a group of guys and 10s Js Qs As 3d was on the board. Three of us stayed in, which was the amazing part. The other two guys had a king but I had the king of spades

A friend of mine was in Vegas for his bachlor party and had a royal flush and there was some type of jackpot system and he won about 6k. Two days before that some guy hit it and won 11k.

I actually had one playing live, 7 card stud in a crappy casino in vegas. AND it was a 6 card royal flush (from the 9 to the ace). I calculated the odds of it, something like 1 in 7 million or something absurd.

I won a crappy pot of about $40, didn't even get a t-shirt or a hat.

Had several on-line (Holdem) but I think it's cooler to get them IRL.
