Have you ever been nauseous for no reason?

I'm sitting here at work on the computer, and I feel really nauseous. I don't feel like I'm going to throw up, but it's definitely a bad and uncomfortable situation.

I can't think of anything that might have caused it, though I did have a holiday party at work today with turkey, mashed potatoes and roast beef...

yes

there was about a week where i felt dizzy and nauseous constantly. glad thats passed, thought i was gonna die

edit - the feeling was more lightheaded/motion sickness than pure nausea (like when you drink too much alcohol or have a stomach bug)

yes, but i know exactly why i am right now.

strobe lights, red lights make me nauseous.

 
yeah only it may of had a reason lol....im a swimmer, and well i havent been in proper trainin since i got to uni on account of the team being full :disgust: so ive been training myself when an where i can subsequently ive gone fro 50-60 k a week to 10-15k a week

anyway did this competion at weekend, jus a fun thing, i ended up doin bout 8 50m sprints pretty much in quick sucsession an with out swim down

after the 5th one (puttin max effort in) i felt so sick

Forgive the tangent, but I hate it when people use the wrong word.

Nauseous versus Nauseated.

The first means "sickening to contemplate"; the second means "sick at the stomach." Do not, therefore say, "I feel nauseous," unless you are sure you have that effect on others.
