You have a Mayne's Life thread and this isn't it, but, in any case, that type of post is unwelcome here.

I want to thank everyone here for putting up with my bullshit stuff. I am out of here for next while.

Yes. Fortunately it doesn't come up often.
you should jump to the food thread and do an admitting you are wrong there, before we count it against you.
it's ok i'll give you five minutes.

yeah ofc when you are wrong, you are wrong. what is there to gain from not admitting it? pride doesn't pay the bills.

I've just relegated myself to watching at this point in the latest version of his "What can I get away with" game.

I try to not make too many declarative statements so as to avoid that problem.

Also, my opinions cant be wrong, because they are just opinions.

For example: Rudeguy is a peckerhead.

Just an opinion.

Absolutely. In fact, I look forward to it, because the sooner someone calls me on bullshit the sooner I stop spreading bullshit.

I usually say 'well, I stand corrected.' and then move on.

+1

What TechBoyJK said - I usually say I was mistaken but sometimes I say wrong.

Yes.

I was just talking about this at work today. How I always admit when I'm wrong...it just doesn't happen very often at work. Which is because I admit when I'm wrong, I learn how to do better, and I change what I do.

Of course. No one is correct all the time. No biggie. In life, being wrong on an Internet forum shouldn't even register.
