hrm, me have doubts on that my friend. meat has to be cooked to a certain temperature, grilled cheese you cook until cheese melt.

But for grilled cheese, you have to tend to it so you can flip it. For some meat dishes, you just put it in the oven for fifteen minutes or so.

It's easy to cook meat until it's done. No need to be a perfectionist about it.

I cook meat all the time and have never eaten an undercooked piece of meat.

It's not the cooking part per-se, more the preparation. I only really like chicken to eat, but I don't like touching the actual meat before it's cooked, so I don't cook it.
