..many commuters are stuck. No public transportation and they live 75+ miles one way from work. It will effect property value too if commuters can't afford to drive and there's no work where they live.

I changed my style to get almost 20% better gas mileage, but I haven't driven any less.

Sometimes more conservatively, yes, but sometimes I'll still have that raw instinct to add fire to fuel that urge for the need for speed :p

I'm trying to drive slower, but I haven't really been able to cut down on my driving.

I'd also like to trade in my current gas guzzling V6 Audi for a more fuel efficient car, but nobody is willing to give me a decent trade-in offer :(

That's because
gas guzzler = do not want
gas sipper = i can has gas sippler?

Not really for me, but that doesn't stop me from getting where I need to be, to college or elsewhere. I tend to spend less when necessary.

I don't necessarily drive all that much less, but I do go easier on the throttle and top speeds to try to eek our more mileage. My car (05 RSX-S) averages 27 MPG.

I switched from commute to tele-commute. I also order food from store to do not drive there. I'm thinking about selling all my cars abd buy nice bikes.
