Have iphone 4--Any reason NOT to get Iphone 5?? Or wait for 5s?

I know TuxDave. At the end of the day it's really going to come down to just exactly what x26 is using his device for and how often he uses it. If he is a heavy user then upgrading to the 4S, or 5 could make a significant difference. But, as I said before, the variation in hardware between the 4S and 5 isn't too drastic.
 
Kinda amazed to read some replies saying the larger iPhone screen is a huge difference. I personally disagree strongly with that. You'll only notice the difference if you use it a lot in landscape. I barely notice the difference in portrait where I use my iPhone 5 most of the time.

OP I agree with many others that if you want to continue using an iPhone, the 5 is a no brainer. Personally I've been using an iPhone since 2008 and I think I'm reading to move on. I want a larger and wider screen.

Both are too small, but at least the 5's screen is larger. It's not an insignificant amount either.

I think it's pretty insignificant when it comes to portrait mode. You just get a little more space vertically. Text remains the same size. I only notice the screen size difference when I browse or watch videos in landscape.

Personally I think 4.7"-5" is the sweet spot for most consumers.

Half an inch is a big deal when one is only 3.5"
