dude - the ISP's buy BLOCKS of addresses to parcel out as they need
even if you had some jerkoff trying to hack you, all you'd get is HIS ISP
you'd have to file a complaint and know the exact time he was on thru a log file and if the
abuse rep there wanted to take the time to see who it was - they would discipline him - but you'd
still not know who it actually was
and anyway, all the people I tried to track had SOCKS stealth, from outside U.S. - like N.Korea - so
untrackable

do a search on google under socks proxy
then go to sleep and don't worry about things that don't matter

mmm...i have the exact ip address...i just posted XXX.XXX because i didn't want to post his ip address on the net on the off chance it's not the right one =P And yes it does matter because I dont' want to have to restart my AIM every 5 seconds when the jacka$$ feels the need to compensate for his shortcomings in life by being an a$$.

I thought that all AIM communications go through AOL's servers except for direct connects. Are you sure it's really the guy's ip and not an AOL or other ip?
