I'm not following you, why wouldn't I want to look at Barton's that run at 333? I'm not planning to overclock it any more so I'd have the freq set at 166 and the agp/pci would be locked.

According to that document, the 2800+ Barton (Max. Speed of Barton @FSB 333 column) is compatible. Maybe you have a different document than what I found?
