Gateway/Necx, whatever you want to call it has terrible customer service.
I was in the same boat....I ordered the 2600 with a 64 smartmedia and they sent me the 64mb first.
Got so sick of waiting that I went ahead and bought the Toshiba M-71.
So then I emailed them about a RMA for the 64mb cause it does me no good on the rebate.
They finally issued me a number 5 days later.
BTW, because of the backorder, it was the best thing that could happenned cause the Toshiba rocks !!
