They are required to have a recording of your entire signup phone call. Make them give it to you.

Don't know what the next move is from there but I know they're recording the call.

He doesnt. cuz they're not.

The announcement states "Your call MAY BE RECORDED for Quality Assurance"

as someone who used to work for Comcast, i can guarantee you.. not every call is recorded.

I wanted to mess with him......

Did you do the initial signup through a site such as Comcastoffers.com or Broadbandoffers.com? These are 3rd party sites, and they are not affiliated with Comcast.

If so, you needed to download the rebate forms from them, and follow their instructions as to when to do the rebate, what to include, etc. If you have any problems, you should have gotten their # and called them. Comcast customer service won't know anything about the rebate - they might not even have heard of this 3rd party Comcastoffers or Broadbandoffers.

Here's a tip, comcast doesnt give a crap about you. If you wan't to "get them" then drop their service.

Also, just be thankful their service is good for you, cause it's complete shit for most people...to go along with their customer service.

No, I got this offer by calling Comcast directly and speaking with a rep. No rebate form was ever mentioned, even after asking about the process repeatedly. I don't believe Comcast is trying to screw me or anything, they are just completely incompetent.
