Is there a difference between a standard bluetooth adapter and a bluetooth Printer adapter? I have an epson RX595 printer which is bluetooth capable but requires an adapter. Printer adapters seem to be a whole lot more expensive then thier counterparts and I am wondering what the difference is, if any. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

FYI I am running windows 7 64bit home premium on my bluetooth ready laptop.
