Not all that surprised. Half of DC is black, and most of them (and most of everyone who lives in DC for that matter) are, just saying, kinda stupid. You don't believe me you can look up their test scores.
 
Also, let's just start calling it the Domini Cubiculum. That should be pretentious enough for the hipsters and too complicated for the urban morons.
 
I'm worried about this development. White men have already been facing a lot with the erosion of their power and having to actually interact with or deal with minorities. How will they react with this new development? It hasn't been very good lately with their violent acts.
 
All of this, of course, is just the reflected outrage and sexual insecurity of the American male as he is toppled from his thrown as the dominant life form on the planet and whose ego sadly developed during his time of reign into something disgusting and worthy of condemnation. The chickens of ego have come home to roost and the cocks have lost their cockadoodledoo. They have been reduced to peevish whining insignificant little assholes carping about the names of things. No insult to their unhinged mental state and insecure self-aggrandized vanity shall pass unnoticed. And thus it is they become what they fear, repellent to the force of cultural change that leaves them in the dust bin.
 
Seems ok to me. People need to realize that our culture, societal structure, and governmental structure need to completely change because it has endured centuries of primarily catering to a single demographic that is no longer the majority.

This may even require scrapping the Constitution and starting over.
 
It is easiest to address the most superficial representation of a problem. I think the only good that this serves is to remind us that a problem still exists. If a problem still did not exist, there would be no nudge to make such a silly change.
 
They have replaced it with “owner’s suite” or “owner’s bedroom” or, in one case, “mastre bedroom.”

Main bedroom or primary bedroom would have sounded better.

I remember several years ago when I began getting uncomfortable talking to some people about how computers worked and talking about master and slave drives. It was beginning to sound out of place. I started using primary and secondary. I guess the techies who designed computers in the early days were racist.
 
So let me get this straight. Society today believes that Master Bedroom means the main bedroom for the household......but somebody decided that we don't speak modern dialect anymore and went back to the 1800s for their dialect and decided we couldnt use that term anymore? What other words should I stop using, I'd hate to offend someone from the 19th century.

How many times do you need to be told that everything you see that is wrong with others is what is wrong with you? It takes a real mental condition not to see that you are the one who is offended. I could give a shit what they call the master bedroom or why they change the name. Why beside a fool like yourself with an inferiority complex the size of a master suite would give a shit one way or the other. People who continuously look to the past in order to find blame for their inadequacies in the present can never move forward into the future,

and like wise these same people instead of teaching children to get up when they fall and try again teach the children to look for someone to blame in order not to hurt their feelings, thus making them less able to cope with the real world than their parents.

Great questions. Now, why can't you stop and consider that you have a brain defect? Why do you act like a brain defective just because somebody else may be. Why do you have to go apoplectic over what a bedroom is named, whether it's renamed or why? The people who did it aren't here for me to cure of what ails them but you are. I already know that my brain is worthless so I don't pay any attention to it.

I'm just not a fan of non-sense, and made up rage.

Getting mad or offended because a room is called a 'master' to me is non-sense.

If the offensive is because of some causal link to slavery, then calling it an owners room is just as bad.

after all, the masters, were slave OWNERS.


And that's why messing with language to appease the so easily offended is pointless, because eventually you get to a new level of absurdity.

Do you see how easily people react to words? You didn't agree with my use of the term 'apoplectic' which I was certain would happen the minute I used it. It implied too much emotion for you just like the word 'master' have unpleasant connotations to others and of course, me, being crazy am just furious that you did that. It could lead to new levels of absurdity. We are all the same. It's our belief that we are different and special that's the tragedy.

How about for once you actually respond with something germane to the topic being discussed? I honestly can't remember the last time any one of your posts has been on topic.

Every one of your posts for as long as I can remember come in one of two flavors, sometimes both. The first of course is your well worn out diatribes on conservative brains defects. The other, is the self hate speeches where you feel the need to psycho analyze the person you are responding to.

Maybe it is because you are afraid to actually throw your hat in the ring and show people what you actually stand for and believe. Or afraid your opinions will be mocked so you hide behind this worn out shtick.
