Have a Geforce3 VIVO does Personal Cinema Capture Better??

I have a Gainward Geforce3 VIVO at the moment. I have been doing so reading to see if there is any benefit to getting a personal cinema.

I can't tell from any reviews if it there are any added benefits to PC over VIVO. I don't really have a use for the Remote or DVD features.

Can someone tell me if the Video or Audio Capture would be better than just VIVO?? Can I just plug a PC module into my VIVO Card??
