Right now I have a viewsonic 17" a75f monitor that I have had for about 5 years. I like it okay, but the anti glare coating has come off and it has some scratches on the screen. So I would like to replace it. I have $200 bucks and I game.. thats pretty much what I do is game... all types. So I need a good monitor for gaming. Minimum size 17", bigger would be nice but not necessary. Suggestions?

How do these compare to the samsung 940bw. That one is on sale for $203 at my local best buy. Also is a flat panel gonna be OK for gaming?

If you're doing strictly gaming and don't mind the size, the refurb CRT is probably going to be your best bet.
