Punch yourself in the nuts, then tell yourself that there are some people out there who are starving to death while you want to "Gratify" yourself with $1,000; an insane amount of money in many countries. How about invest the money in yourself: buy and learn a musical instrument like someone suggested. Guitar and piano are great. They become a hobby, reduce stress, and develop your brain. Or you could buy a TV and rot your brain if you wanted to... it's up to you.
