Hauppauge tv tuner not working

I just bought a hauppauge wintv fm tv tuner(model 191), i installed in on my win2k machine and the thing doesnt work.
When i start the tv tuner software it just shows the splash screen and just sits there, not loading anything.
And if iexplorer is running and i start the tv tuner software my comp locks up :|
The fm tuner works though 😕

I believe there is a forum on there web site. The most common issue with those is irq issues.. change the pci slot it is in.. avoid pci1

Thanks, i just switched it to slot 4 and it works just fine 🙂
