I Love my computer so much, I am so glad that Bad Religion wrote this song. It pretty much sums up my feeling's.(For the record I am a big BR fan and this has got to be their worst song ever.)

i was listening to bad religion when i read this lol. along the way is the song that is playing now. youre right, that song sux for the most part, but it was funny the first time.


i dont really hate much about my computer, it has its quirks like anything else, i just deal with them. its a 3 yr old inspiron 9300 and it still works well, so i cant really complain about much. its been dropped a couple times, had the mobo-keyboard-psu replaced after i fried it with comm port over power and it still comes back working.

I'm not really sure where I should be pointing my finger, but I keep hoping it will be fixed with ever update I download. Nothing yet and I just need to keep trying and crossing my fingers I suppose.

There are only two things I hate.

First, I'm using Vista 64-bit, I need it because of the amount of ram I have but it makes running a hackintosh a pain. (No macdrive)
Second, There isn't an easy way for me to switch in to OSX.

Does the mic work in windows just listening to your voice? (mine does, but when I try the steam voice tool its COMPLETELY jacked)
I check creatives site almost every other day... 🙁

I had the same issue with LOTRO, but I don't really play any other MP games right now. I guess I could fire up Crysis MP and see if it works.

Yes it does work in Windows, which is the frustrating part and why my finger is pointed a little more at Creative than anyone else.

Noise. The fans make it sound like a jet engine. Granted, this is for the desktop only. It is an old AMD XP 2500+ with a large Alpha heatsink and 80mm fan. Case fans are noisy as hell too.

i have a T40 thinkpad and one of the usb ports is....well, not dead, but its not useable. the plastic bit that anchors the pins inside the port is *gone*

so if im REALLY careful, i can use it, but if they get shorted, the laptop powers off....so i have to use a usb hub. *shrug* id probably use one anyway, but sometimes its a pain in the ass.

otherwise i really really am fond of this thing.
