Got something that makes you show that not so happy face at all... somthing in your pc make you mad or something you hate or dont like...

tell us here.. maybe you can help someone to not do the same and avoid a crappy problem.. or hardware.... lol

I just don't like it when it goes out all night drinking and comes home smelling like booze and cigarettes, and when I have the temerity to ask where it was or who it was hanging out with it's just like "whatever, you're not the boss of me" and I get so upset.

lol... what i dont really like about my PC is that is too slow.... and dunno why.. but the stuff i get have a default option setting that say: This is not going to work...

Yes, Win2k doesn't see half my CPU, nor is there drivers to make a couple things, namely the onboard LAN, on the motherboard work.

...I'm thinking about putting Win2k back on my X2 system and installing Ubuntu on my Phenom. I don't have XP.

Everyone I've talked to that's tried Vista has had problems with it. And it costs money. XP costs money and has the lame activation crap. Ubuntu I got, and it's on my X2 system now.

Ubuntu is a linux distribution. It would also(likely) see all 4GB, work with all four cores, and there's a good chance that the drivers would be available given that my system's a fairly simple one. (AMD 700 chipset+nVidia 9600GT vidcard)

I just built my new computer last night. I went with ATI this time, just to try it out, and I got the 3870 HD. So far, I'm happy with it. For some reason, CSS won't go over 60 fps, though. It just stays directly at 60. I'm re-installing it, and I disabled the windows firewall and everything.

Fixed what I hated, added memory and an additional HD.

I use my PC as a PVR with Beyond TV plus 4 tv inputs. Problem was I saved the videos to a partition which was on the same HD as XP. So play back via my Dlink DSM-320 sometimes got choppy. Added HD and moved recorded videos.

Second problem was I run too many things on it, and 1GB wasn't enough. Seems price of DDR has dropped so I upgraded to 2GB, much smother now.

I Love my computer so much, I am so glad that Bad Religion wrote this song. It pretty much sums up my feeling's.(For the record I am a big BR fan and this has got to be their worst song ever.)

Touchpads. I fucking hate touchpads. Naturally I have an external mouse for it, but when I have the laptop with me, there isn't always room for that.

The pipes on my Heatsink push against a couple capitors

I changed MBs now but the S1 on my video card used to not fit property because of where the Sata cables plugged into my old MB.

I don't have 2 gigs of ram, I started out with 2 512 sticks of ram, and rather than sell those and buy 2 1gig sticks, I bought another 512 to fill in my 3rd ram slot.

Firefox in ubuntu doesn't highlight the address when I click in the address bar. I gotta double click all the time to type in a new address

Turn v-sync off

why the hell would anyone want to turn v-sync off?

Overall I'm pretty content at the moment.

Not the fastest machine around (particularly here or over at XS) but certainly fast. Far more than fast enough for my needs.

My only real complaint right now is I want a 30" monitor, & the 3008's got pulled from the market. This means I'm stuck with my Soyo 24" until the 3008's re-appear.

I suppose I really have no room to complain.
