Haswell OC woes: i7-4770K no going to well...

i manually set my voltage to 1.215v @ 4.2Ghz... seems to be stable so far. funny, it doesn't boot up as fast as it use to... where it doesn't even complete 1 rotation of the "spinning lights" during the w7 boot up phase before it goes into the actual OS. now it completes it, then loads W7. Oh well, we're talking about 1-2 seconds savings haha.
