Haswell MQ, HQ, U single threaded performance

Has anyone seen a benchmark comparing the single threaded performance of Haswell MQ, HQ, and U series processors?

I'm trying to figure out what kind of performance hit I'd take by choosing an ultrabook.

The most important question would be how you intent to use the notebook. Unless you do a lot of CPU intensive work a Haswell-U notebook (with long battery life) would probably suit you.
