Haswell Micro-ATX with IR shutdown/boot 32gb ram. DP, HDMI, DVI?

I need a new mobo. Looking to upgrade to Haswell. I want DP, HDMI, and DVI on it. Micro ATX as I use a Silverstone case that is the same size as my home theater equipment.

I also run 32gb of RAM, so I need the 4 memory slots.

I currently have a Biostar with the IR receiver so I can shutdown and start my PC with a remote. I wont upgrade to something without that feature.

Any suggestions?

Edit: I have found the Intel DH87RL which seems to fit the bill, but I cannot find the IR receiver for sale. I'm not sure if I can just modify my Biostar one to fit(the pin-outs are different). I'm not 100% sure if it will but from a shutdown with the remote as the Biostar will either.

I run windows 7 or 8 I had my remote working like this on both of them.

I'm looking to actually be able to start the PC with the remote, not just wake it from sleep. With USB you can only wake it up. With CIR you can actually start the PC from a 'shutdown'

Then intel board has the CIR header on it, but I cannot find the actual IR reciever that connects to the CIR header.

The port is the white one on the bottom right.
