Pitty the idle power consumption is so bad on it :(
I've pretty much narrowed down my board choices to either the Gigabyte Z87-UD5H, MSI Z87-GD65 or Asrock Z87-Extreme6 based on features, price and aesthetics.

Just waiting on reviews to hit (well, that at MC to actually stock the UD5H (they only have UD4H atm) and Extreme6 (only Extreme4 atm)) :p

No ASuS Pro?

I thought my P67 Pro was a much better board than my UD4.

The Asrock boards I looked at had 1 year warranties, I stopped looking at them after I saw that.

I'm pretty torn, I liked the GD65, but MSI's mosfet rep and then the power draw turned me back to looking mode again.

MSI boards have not been known for high idle power consumption. Something's fishy there.
