The party of huge deficits?
The party of aggressive wars?
The party of government for the corporations?
The party of police state control?
The party of unlimited illegal immigration?

The Democrats nearly all voted for the same war.
Both parties are guilty of this one.

I disagree, the GOP has fundamentally changed to the party of spend and borrow when Reagan hit office. GWB&co is more of the same with extra added bungled occupations.

I thought the GOP was supposed to stand for prudent spending, strong national defense, and competent management.

GWB does not even aim at those marks.
