Has the Lite-On LTD-165 DVD-ROM come out yet?

I'm not sure exactly what the differences are between that and the 163, but I'm sure there are some kind of improvements.
 
The specs for those two units are identical. I just compared both the 163 and 165 specs side by side and they are identical. The 165 doesn't seem to offer anything new over the 163. Why exactly are you waiting when you can get a 163 for under $50 now?

I just figured with that with the 165, Lite-On might have fixed some of the things that were problematic with the 163 (ie the noise, hard time reading scratched CDs).
