Eh, why not? Even banned members can be reformed...or not, which is equally hilarious. We should offer an amnesty every 3-5 years from each member's ban-ination date.

Imo perknose. What better way to do away with an alt account that you got tired of then banning the alt account yourself. Also has anyone else been banned but "allowed back with an apology"? There are truly only a couple of wordsmiths here. Go through them. Of course this is just my opinion.
