Has Po!ntclick died?

I know Po!ntclick Dot Com has been a tricky topic around here, but recently the site has dissapeared and I don't know what to do since they owe me 58 $US.

Many users of this forum used point click in good faith - if the site has indeed disapeared what legal recourse to we have?

They owed me money after a monitor purchase from Onvia while their 10% was still in effect and it took them a while but after a couple emails they finally said they resolved "problems" and were sending out checks. Well, I got the check for $45!

Then a bit after they said they were changing their policy to no more reimbursement. Appearantly they weren't making money and now are gone.

They owe me 58 $US for purchases in July and August! Did anyone get reimbursed for purchases during this period?
