Who gave Kerry the authority to engage in stealth diplomacy in regards to the Iran deal? Nobody, that's who. In question is what should be done about it. Why has it been allowed to go on this long?

The Boston Globe reported Friday that Kerry has been engaging in stealth diplomacy, secretly meeting with high-ranking officials including in Germany, France and the Islamic State to salvage the contentious Iran nuclear deal he orchestrated during the Obama administration."
