oh, you mean the same warranty that almost every other manufacturer has? They have a 1 year warranty, which is pretty much the industry standard. And their customer service is excellant. A couple of companies have what they call "lifetime" warranties, but usually it's only the product cycle lifetime, not your cards lifetime. With that type of warranty, it's possible your card can die in a couple months and you can be out of luck because they have already moved on to the next gen.

Exactly, it has nothing to do with shipping. You need to pay the processing/handling fee (gimme a break) plus the normal return shipping fee.

Is that something new? I only had to rma a card once to sapphire, had no hassles and no "processing fee".
