I would be very careful. Here's the WHOIS info

Sounds like a mail drop address, plus its barely a month old.

Fake Escrow scams DO exist. I'd pay them some other way if you can, but its very risky. What's the seller's feedback? What did you win (was it expensive?)

actually i lost an auction on ebay by a few bucks and the seller emailed me a day afterward saying that he has another laptop that is the same that he would be willing to sell me straight up for $650, but here is a copy of the email

Dear Ebay Member,
I'm writing this message because i've noticed
that you are bidding on a Toshiba Portege 2000 750mhz Ultra Slim Ntbook
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3434829405&category=3717
I have 1 new in box , factory sealed , identical with the one you are bidding
on
I will sell it to you at the price of 650 USD , all shipping and insurance
charges included. This is
an emergency so i guess my loss is your gain and i think you should
take advantage off this offer.
You can check my Ebay ID on Ebay Feedback Forum or by going at the following
web adress :
http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=otisf
and see that i have many positive feedbacks. That
proves that i am a
trustable person and i am very serious when i place this offer.
Please consider all facts and reply if you
would like to start a good business
Thank you for your time.

Step 3: As soon as payment is sent to the escrow service and they
will confirm that i will ship you the package and provide the tracking
number from UPS.

Don't do it. This is very similar to other scams, and by going this route outside of ebay, you have no protection from them. A common technique is for scammers to tell you it's "an emergency" and they're giving you a good deal at a loss to them.

That SecureTDS site looks shady plus its only a month or so old. Another thing I noticed is they're leeching images right from Amazon.com (the image of the laptop on the main page). A reputable escrow service would NOT do that.

I hope I'm not too late in warning you. I am 95% sure this is a scam, you should probably email Ebay telling them this guy is doing that.
