has anyone tried those IDE to USB 2.0 Adapter?

well all the ones i've used work fine. as long as you have >winME then they'll be plug and play.

Why wouldn't they work OK? They are just a USB external IDE drive enclosure sans the box... Can't anyone ratiocinate any more???
