Hey;

Has anyone tried Swiftech H240-X? It says it is an open loop cooling but the website says maintenance free. Will it require re-filling if I don't change anything?

That highly depends on the porosity of the tubing used, which is usually the cause of coolant level dropping over its lifespan. If the unit is not tampered with, I'd say it would be a good year or two before a top up is needed.

Even so, the top up amount would be little and cheap, readily available distilled water is sufficient.
