I went and saw Seinfeld in 2001 - it was an excellent show and well worth the money I paid for tickets (about $75 got me excellent seats).
He was on tour again in 2003 and I was talking to my buddy about maybe going again. He suggested I didn't go because his sister had seen the show in 2001, then went and saw him again in 2003 and it was the same material, so she didn't think it was worth the money.
I just saw an advertisement on TV for another show coming up the weekend before my birthday. My family has been bugging me for gift ideas and I don't really need anything, so I thought maybe I'd tell them I'd like to go see that show. Except if he's still doing material from 2001, I don't really want to see him again.
So, has anyone seen his show this tour? When I saw him before, he did a lot of material about just getting married, getting older, and his soon-to-be-born child. They show him doing three short bits on the commercial, and I'm pretty sure I recognized at least two of them. I don't really want to have my family waste the cash on something I've already seen before, especially since the tickets are more expensive this time than they were originally (It'll probably be close to $90 since that's all that's left)
