Has anyone reviewed AMD's E1-1200 or E2-1800?

www.cpubenchmark.net ranks the E2-1800 at 848. The is equivilant to a high Pentium D or low clock speed Core 2 Duo. If you need to save power I suppose they are ok but this is 7 year old processor performance.
