I am used to having instant search results from Google, but the last 2 days it's had it's hickups. Anyone notice this?

Suspiciously, I see all these Bing ads everywhere.

The only connecting issues I am having are between my supraspinatus and my greater tuberosity.

Last week I typed "google.com" into the url bar of IE 6 on a computer at work...
It took me to some website dedicated to WoW....
Of course I was wondering, WTF?!11?!
I checked everything....
hosts file, proxy settings, search for spyware, etc...
Deleted all cookies and IE addons, BHO's, etc...

All the while closing and reopening IE to test again.

Went and tried it on another computer, got to google fine...

tried a few more times...
it went back to normal going to google
then back to WoW fansite
I start trying to figure out how to flush the local dns cache, but never actually get to doing it...and it goes back to working fine... and never went back to not working.

Can't figure it out, must have been dns hijacking or something?

Google notified my workcenter that they've been having some server issues. That was on Monday. We're still waiting to hear back from them. I'm in the Northern Virginia area.

No trouble with Google.com, but once a day I have to flush all my cookies to log into my Google Account. If I don't it just keeps reloading the login page. Works fine in IE.
